Directions

Travelling South on the A1 from Edinburgh continue on the A1, you will pass Dunbar, the cement works and Torness Power Station. You will reach a roundabout, continue straight through, (sign posted for Berwick Upon Tweed) for 1.6 miles and turn left, signposted for Coldingham.  Continue along this road for another 1.6 miles where you will see a sign for Townhead Farm on your right. (you need to look out for the sign carefully as its quite hard to read). Turn right onto the farm road and continue for approx 0.2 miles where you will see an old farm house on your right, turn right immediately after the farm house and cottage number 4 is the last cottage on the left.

Travelling North on the A1 from Berwick Upon Tweed continue north on the A1 sign posted for Edinburgh. After about 1.5 miles you will cross the border.  Travel along the A1 for approximately another 16 miles and turn right signposted for Coldingham ( if you get to the roundabout you have gone too far). (NB You will pass other turn offs for Coldingham but this is the most direct one to take) Continue along this road for another 1.6 miles where you will see a sign for Townhead Farm on your right.  Turn right onto the farm road and continue for approx 0.2 miles where you will see an old farm house on your right, turn right immediately after the farm house and cottage number 4 is the last cottage on the left.
